Quality Assurance
- Creating for our clients their own Quality Management System, ensuring that all standards are being implemented
- Training client personnel on ISO or other standards and documentation of the Quality Management System
- Reviewing material requirements and Inspection and testing Plans
- Resolving quality assurance issues received from other all participants in the project
Procurement
- Provide leadership to the EPC team in Procurement and Contract Strategy
- Negotiate the more complex purchases and work contracts
- Manage all procurement financial transactions
- Coordinate technical evaluations with engineering, analyze and evaluate bids commercially, prepare bid summaries, andensure fair and ethical competition
Project Controls
- Providing support to CM and PM to approve invoices from subcontractors and verifying progress
- Review and approvals for the schedules submitted by the prime contractor
- Managing material related issues and shortages
- Creation of reporting tools for construction
- Providing overview to schedulers and cost controllers about construction and how it affects their day to day activities
